Any copying of this web site in whole or in part or any modification of any material without the express written consent of Creative Photo ExpressTM is prohibited and violates Creative Photo Express intellectual property rights.

Account Responsibility: You will be responsible for all content in your account, and all activities that occur while using your password. CRETIVE PHOTO EXPRESS does not control or monitor your content. You should keep your password confidential to avoid unlawful use of your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity on your account.

CREATIVE PHOTO EXPRESS COPYRIGHT POLICY: Customers accept the full responsibility of any copyright infringement in their order & Creative Photo Express will not assist in using of a photograph that is signed, stamped, or otherwise identified by any photographer or studio as copyrighted material, unless we are presented with a signed Copyright Release. Graphics & Logos may be protected by copyright and the customer is responsible for ensuring any required permissions have been obtained.

User conduct: As an account holder you agree not to: (1) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships, (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements) or any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights of any party;

(2) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that harms minors in any way;

(3) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware;

(4) Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that exhibits expressions of abuse, offensive language and/or imagery, obscenity or pornography, including but not limited to: child abuse, child pornography, depictions of minors engaged in sexual conduct or explicitly sexual situations,

(5) interfere with or disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt, the Site, servers or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Photo Center;

Any changes to these terms and conditions apply as soon as they are posted on this Web site. By continuing to use the Web site after any changes are posted, user acknowledges acceptance of those changes.

Acceptance of Terms & conditions:

By signing up as an account holder of Creative Photo Express, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS MEMBER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”). Continued participation in Member Activities constitutes a continuation of this agreement and all its terms and conditions as stipulated herein.
